1. Eligibility for Refunds
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to hygiene reasons, panties, bodysuits, and other intimate wear are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be refunded.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. How to Request a Refund

Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Return the Item: Ship the product back to our return address (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).

4. Late or Missing Refunds
